Payment Policy

Thank you for considering our online motion graphics services. Please find below our payment terms:

Payment Method: Our primary payment method is PayPal. However, for domestic payments within India, we are using PayU.

Full Payment in Advance: We require full payment in advance for all our motion graphics services. No work will be initiated until the payment is received in full.

Non-Refundable: Please note that all payments made for our motion graphics services and online courses, class, tutorials are non-refundable. We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances, including Payment by mistake, No need service, project cancellation, changes in requirements, or dissatisfaction with the final deliverables etc.

Payment Schedule: The payment for our motion graphics services is due in full before the project starts. Once the payment is received, we will initiate the work and keep you updated on the progress.

Late Payment: If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, we reserve the right to halt the project until the payment is made in full. Any delays in project completion due to late payments will not be our responsibility.

Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the project, such as extra revisions or modifications, will be communicated to you and will require additional payment before the final deliverables are provided.

Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes and transaction fees associated with the payment method will be the client's responsibility and will be added to the total cost of the project if Required.

If there is no response for an extended period of time, please note that if two months have elapsed since payment was made and no communication has been received, the order will be marked as complete automatically. Furthermore, it is important to note that we do not offer any revisions after an order has been completed, and as such, any losses incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Ownership and Rights: Once the full payment is received, i will have full ownership and rights to the motion graphics deliverables, and we will not retain any rights or claim ownership over the final deliverables.
